At Lirika Matoshi, we want you to feel magical in your handmade pieces, which is why we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that custom-sized orders and final sale items are non-refundable due to their bespoke nature.

Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Carefully place the unworn garment with all original tags and whimsical packaging intact into a secure shipping box.

Ship It Back

Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Once our studio inspects the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
